Vendor Feature: Amanda Celis Photography & Cleveland’s Best Photo Spots
Something Cleveland is great for, especially in the summer, is engagement photos! This week are putting the focus one of our favorite photographers, Amanda Celis and her favorite places to take engagement photos. We absolutely love working with Amanda!

We recommend that clients choose a style of photography they like when looking for a photographer. Here is Amanda’s style:
My number one goal is to ensure that everybody in front of my camera feels comfortable and confident! My portrait sessions are full of laughter, and I strive to keep my couples talking and moving, so it feels like we're just friends hanging out, one of whom happens to have a camera with her.
True candids and prompt-based photos (like "Walk toward me while holding hands.") are what I enjoy most, but I'm skilled at posing, too, and offer as little or as much direction as my couple needs for us to make magic together. My goal is to never, ever leave somebody wondering what they should do with their hands!
My edits are gold-toned with just a touch of mood.

One of our favorite things to ask our vendor friends is how they got into the wedding industry! Amanda says:
Way back when I was working a corporate job, co-workers started asking me to take photos of their children after they'd seen photos I'd posted of my own kids. It snowballed from there! I shot my first wedding in 2018 and decided there's nothing I'd rather be doing with my life.
