2022: A Year In Review

We have made it to Christmas! This will be our last blog for 2022 so we thought what better way to end this amazing year than with a recap!

We have had the honor to be part of so many couples’ stories and help them celebrate their special days. From intimate tent weddings to extravagant ballrooms we have loved every single wedding. Each has a unique aspect and love that is different from the others!

As Caitlyn and Nicoletta stepped into lead coordinator roles, and Abby took over social media, we have loved growing our team this year! Our Work-cation brought our team so much closer and it has been so fun building on our skills together!

Our amazing leader, Lauren, went to a Wedding Pro Conference in Florida and brought back so many golden nuggets to help our team be the best version it can.

From Running Horse Farms and The Lodge at Geneva on the Lake to The Arcade and Windows on the River we were at many different venues this year. Choosing a venue is the foundation of wedding planning. We always talk about how important it is to choose a venue for what it is. For more information, check out our blog posts on Running Horse Farms and Sun Valley.

We have done weddings with classic black and white color palettes and weddings with pastels. It is safe to say that we have seen it all (or almost seen it all) in the best way possible! For wedding inspiration, you can look at the real weddings we have done in the past!

We also want to thank all of the vendors we had the pleasure to work with wedding season! From Penny at Formality Resale, to the wonderful Amanda Theresa Photography we were able to work them as vendors, friends, and resources to make your wedding planning as smooth as possible. If you are looking for a dress, we had to opportunity to go through the bridal gown shopping process (read about that here). Looking for a photographer? Check out this blog with Amanda for everything you need to ask a potential photographer.

Among all of the holiday hustle and bustle it is so nice to slow down and think about all of the newlyweds who are getting to spend their first Christmas as a married couple!

With that being said, we hope that everyone has an amazing holiday season! We look forward to seeing you in the new year!
