The Timing Of Your Timeline

Happy Wednesday! Today we are talking timelines; we live by timelines! This is how we make sure everything that needs to happen, happens. But trust us, we pivot when needed and always have a backup plan!

Some things to know about your timeline:

There are a lot of moving parts to weddings. For this reason we give you and your wedding party a simplified version. This makes it digestible, easy to follow, and relaxing. The whole point of having us is that we will handle when vendors arrive and what needs to be set up. If you were to see all of the items on a timeline that needed to happen it’s likely you’d feel overwhelmed and stressed. Which is why you hired us to begin with, to make the day stress-free and relaxing.

Ceremony time is where it’s at! We base everything around when your ceremony begins. Everything up to the ceremony was organized based on being completed prior to ceremony. Plus, it gives you some time to just chill and take in the day! Everything after the ceremony is timed based on what needs to happen and reception end time.

We build in extra time throughout the day. We know things happen! We know things change. It’s your day and we are here help execute your event flawlessly (This isn’t our first rodeo, or should we say wedding). Whether it be traffic for the limo busses, a spontaneous trip for french fries, or a temporarily MIA parent, we build in time for pivots throughout the day. This helps ensure the ceremony can start on time. But if not, we pivot! It is your day, it will not go on without you! It is nothing to stress about. That’s why you have us!

Everything we do, we do so that you can enjoy a relaxing wedding day. Timelines are our bread and butter!
