This week’s blog is different from our usual wedding highlights. We love to talk about weddings. We love to reminisce about all the gorgeous ones that we have had the pleasure of being a part of. And we love our team! Today, I thought I would introduce all the wonderful people that make up Lauren & Co Events!
Lauren Merinar
Owner & Planner
On any given day, you can find me with a cup of coffee in my hand and intently working on a project. Whether that be designing a grand tent wedding or event, or helping my children corral the chickens in the yard.
There is nothing more exciting to me than seeing a client's face light up with pure joy and excitement, whether it be at their wedding or a milestone event that we planned for them. I live for those sweet moments of anticipation when couples see each other for the first time on their wedding day. There isn't a wedding I haven't cried at yet.
When I'm not working on a project or event, you will find me coordinating the chaos at home with my children, who are always on an adventure. I am never far behind them with my husband soaking up the memories and living our best lives.
Ashlee Clifton
My name is Ashlee and I am one of the Lead Coordinators for Lauren & Co Events. I grew up in Northeast Ohio and I am so glad to be able to call this area my home. It has been almost two years now with the company and I love how much we learn and grow each day. Weddings are such a magical moment and one of my favorite parts of it is at the end of the night. The happy couple have that final moment where they share their last dance and you see all the love, support, and hard work come to fruition. It is absolutely beautiful and I love watching their hearts just fall more in love with each other. When I am not helping to coordinate someone's perfect day, I am busy spending time with family and friends. We are a big outdoors group and just love when the weather is nice and venture out into the world. I am currently expanding my plant collection to bring nature into my home.
Nicoletta Nadolski
I’m Nicoletta! I am a Lead Coordinator and I am in charge of our blog. I started with Lauren & Co in June of 2021 and the rest was history. Your wedding day is one of the most special days and it is an honor to be able to celebrate it with you! My absolute favorite part of the day is the first dance as a married couple. I cry every time! I love all the details that go into everything, making each wedding unique. When I am not running around on a wedding day I love to spend time with my cat and my German Shepherd Border Collie mix. I love the Peloton, coffee, and being part of the Lauren & Co Events team!
Caitlyn Sartor
My name it Caitlyn and I am so excited to be apart of the Lauren and Co. team! I married my high school sweetheart, Daniel, in October 2021 and our wedding truly brought out my love for weddings.. In my free time you can always catch me with a good book, a cup of coffee, and snuggling my Beagle puppy Cooper! My favorite part about weddings is seeing all of the little things come together to make each wedding such a special day for not only the bride and groom, but for everyone attending. I love that no two weddings are exactly the same and they truly are beautiful and unique in their own ways!
