Welcome back! We are till ecstatic about our rebrand and appreciate all the love we have received from everyone! Part of what makes Lauren & Co Events what it is, is our people! Now that we reintroduced the company, it is time to reintroduce the team that makes this company everything that it is!

Owner & Lead Planner
On any given day, you can find me with a cup of coffee in my hand and intently working on a project. Whether that be designing a new wedding or event, or helping my children with their 4-H projects.
I thrive on people being happy. There is nothing more thrilling to me than seeing a client's face light up with pure joy and excitement, and this is my passion. I live for those sweet moments of anticipation when couples see each other for the first time on their wedding day or when they finally get to see their wedding vision come to life through our design process.
When I'm not working on a project or event, you will find me coordinating the chaos at home, with my children always on an adventure. Never far behind them with my husband soaking up the memories and living our best lives.

Operations & Lead Coordinator
I’m Nicoletta! I am a lead coordinator and in charge of Operations. I have been with Lauren & Co since June of 2021. I started helping Lauren with venue management and fell in love with weddings. My favorite part of the process is seeing how happy couples are when they see all of their wedding decisions come to life on their wedding day! I love the amazing couples and vendors that I have had the opportunity to work with. When I am not helping couples have the best day ever or working behind the scenes of Lauren & Co, I like any physical activity from cycling to yoga. I am an avid coffee drinker, you can usually see me on wedding day with a cup of coffee in hand! I love animals and especially love when couple incorporate their fur babies into their wedding. Something from each wedding day sticks with us, making each wedding so memorable. My favorite wedding memory from last year was the vows that Roxy and Scott shared. There was not a dry eye there! We truly know that these two are soul mates and it was a great reminder what an honor it is to share your wedding day with you! I look forward to working with you!

Lead Coordinator
I'm Caitlyn! I am a lead coordinator on our Lauren & Co Events team. I started with the team in December of 2021 and it has been such a fun journey since and I never want to look back! My favorite part of the wedding planning process is that we get so connected with our clients and create friendships that are truly so special. It is so fun to stay connected with our clients even past their wedding day, and be a part of the next steps of their lives too (did you know we also do baby showers too?). Outside of wedding season, you can always find me with a cup of coffee and a good book, spending time with my husband and our dog, Cooper, or being Auntie Cait to my nieces and nephew. I love the team that we have created to make your wedding day truly a dream. My favorite wedding memory of the 2022 wedding season was driving one of our couples, Katie and Kent, back to the venue from their first look. You could just feel how much they loved and cared about each other and were so ready to take the next step into their relationship. I can not wait to see what the 2023 wedding season brings!

Social Media Manager & Wedding Assistant
Hi! I'm Abby and I'm the Social Media Manager at Lauren & Co Events! I joined the team in April of 2022 and have loved being a part of this group of girl bosses! My favorite thing about this job is definitely the people! From the team to the clients we get to interact with, everyone makes each day special and something to remember. Outside of social media and the wedding world, I go to school at Ohio Northern University where I am studying Environmental and Field Biology. I spend my time relaxing with my friends, working with cool things in the lab, and knitting the days away! I love my job for a million reasons, especially that I get to be creative and analyze the different things you see on our socials to see what can help the company grow. I also love that I get to follow the journey of all of our couples on social media! It is super fun getting to be a part of Lauren & Co team and I wouldn't trade it for the world!
